We all experience times in our life where the difficulties and challenges that we face feel a little too much and the balance of life does not feel right. At such times it can be most helpful to share your feelings and emotions with a counsellor.
Perhaps you are reading this and would benefit from some support in managing feelings of Stress Or perhaps you are trying to manage feelings of Depression or have concerns about Addiction Potentially there may be difficulties that you are having with a particular Relationship You may have experienced a Bereavement that feels overwhelmingly painful?
Counselling is an opportunity to explore issues such as these as well as many others and clients usually find the process overwhelmingly helpful.
If so, my intention is to provide an opportunity for you to do this in a safe and non-judgemental atmosphere where all information is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Working together we will explore your experiences and emotions and seek to provide an understanding for you about how these have an impact upon your current situation.
My counselling practice is located at a quiet, comfortable and easily accessible venue. Car parking is free and immediately outside the practice.
Please continue to explore the information on this site to see if you feel you would benefit from counselling and please feel able to contact me for further information. I appreciate that this can often feel like a big step and I will respond to any approach swiftly and sensitively.
